The basics
How do I add a new product?
1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products.
2. Click Add product.
3. Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.
4. Click Save.
How can I change the product page layout?
You can create an alternate template to change the layout of content on your online store, and then apply the template to specific products, collections, blogs, or pages. This tutorial involves editing the code for your theme.
How do I add collections?
You can create two types of collections: automated collections and manual collections.
An automated collection uses selection conditions to automatically include matching products. You can define as many selection conditions as you want. You can also specify whether products need to meet all of the conditions or any of the conditions to be included in the collection. When you add a new product that matches the selection conditions for a collection, the product is automatically added to the collection.
A manual collection includes only the products that you choose individually. Because of this, the collection always contains the same products unless you specifically add or remove products.

What size should my product images be?
Your product images can be any size up to 5760 x 5760 px, or 20 megapixels. Product images need to have a file size smaller than 20 MB to be added to Shopify.
How do I add a blog to my online store?
1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
2. From the Apps and sales channels page, click Online store.
3. Click Open sales channel.
4. Click Blog Posts.
5. Click Manage blogs.
6. Click Add blog.
7. Give your blog a title, and then select how you want to manage comments.
8. Click Save blog.
How do I manage comments on blog posts?
You can allow customers to comment on your blog posts, disable comments, or allow comments pending moderation.
